Who you are

You have a strong background in Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations, ideally with hands-on experience in automation and AI-driven solutions. Your technical skills are complemented by a commercial insight that allows you to understand the impact of your work on revenue performance. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive experimentation and meaningful change. You are comfortable managing stakeholders and driving alignment across various departments.

You possess a deep understanding of automation tools and data analysis techniques, enabling you to design, implement, and lead hands-on experimentation with new ideas. Your experience in B2B SaaS equips you with the knowledge to navigate the unique challenges of the industry, and you are passionate about leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency.

Desirable

Experience with specific automation tools like n8n and Clay is a plus, as is familiarity with AI tooling that can enhance revenue operations. You are a proactive learner, always seeking to expand your skill set and stay ahead of industry trends.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, implement, and lead hands-on experimentation with new automation and AI-driven ideas, rapidly prototyping, testing, and scaling solutions that improve revenue performance. You will work closely with our current tech stack and automation tools, analyzing data to drive insights, performance tracking, and decision-making. Your responsibilities will include partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and other commercial teams to ensure alignment and adoption of new processes and tools.

You will have the autonomy to explore innovative solutions that can significantly impact the commercial organization. Your role will require you to manage stakeholders effectively, driving alignment and change across teams. You will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and using data to inform your strategies and decisions.
