Who you are

You have over 4 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role, where you've developed a strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting automation. Your background includes hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards, particularly using tools like Tableau, which allows you to visualize complex data effectively. You possess a keen analytical mindset, enabling you to uncover insights from performance trends and customer behavior that drive strategic decisions.

You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and Strategy, to translate business questions into scalable analytics solutions. Your ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders ensures that data-driven decision-making is adopted across the organization. You thrive in environments where you can influence sales strategy and uncover growth opportunities through advanced analytics and machine learning.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and maintain dashboards and AI-powered analytics products that track key sales and business KPIs. Your work will highlight recommended actions for the sales teams, ensuring they have the insights needed to succeed. You will develop, test, and operationalize machine learning and AI models for forecasting and opportunity prioritization, directly impacting the sales strategy.
