Your background includes working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technology aligns with strategic objectives, and you understand the importance of operational resilience and uptime in mission-critical systems.

You possess a strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives — you have led projects that leverage technology to enhance business processes and improve efficiency. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders allows you to bridge gaps and foster collaboration across departments.

You are familiar with cloud platforms and network infrastructure, having worked on projects that require a resilient and scalable digital infrastructure — your experience includes ensuring that systems are robust enough to support both autonomous fleet operations and enterprise continuity. You are also knowledgeable about GenAI transformation and its implications for business operations.

Desirable

Experience with AI and digital transformation initiatives is a plus — you have a keen interest in how emerging technologies can be harnessed to drive business success. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools will also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and maintain the ServiceNow architecture, ensuring it aligns with Waymo's strategic objectives. You will collaborate with various business functions to identify technology needs and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and ensuring that it supports the company's mission to bring autonomous technology to the world.

You will play a key role in the Digital Transformation Services team, working closely with the Head of Global IT, AI, and Digital Transformation. Your insights will help shape the direction of technology initiatives and ensure that they are aligned with Waymo's goals for commercialization and operational resilience.

You will also be responsible for leading projects that focus on enhancing the user experience within ServiceNow, ensuring that it meets the needs of all stakeholders. Your ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights will be crucial in driving continuous improvement.

Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $196,000—$248,000 USD, along with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
