Overview

Uber is hiring a Senior Executive Business Partner II to provide strategic administrative support to executive leadership. You'll manage complex meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and team morale initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to anticipate executive needs.

Who you are

You have extensive experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. You excel at anticipating the needs of executives and proactively solving complex administrative challenges before they arise. Your strong organizational skills enable you to manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring that leaders can focus on strategic initiatives. You thrive in collaborative settings and understand the importance of fostering team morale and cohesion. You are also adept at managing logistics for events and travel, ensuring seamless execution of plans.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide proactive and strategic administrative partnership to Uber's executive leadership. You will continually strategize and advise on ways to optimize leaders' time and efficiency, managing complex, end-to-end meeting logistics with the executive leadership team and senior stakeholders. You will also oversee event planning and logistics for all-hands meetings, summits, and team events, ensuring that every detail is meticulously handled. Coordinating frequent and complex domestic and international travel will be a key responsibility, including managing on-the-ground logistics. You will manage team expenses, purchase orders, and morale budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively. Additionally, you will take charge of complex project management, enforcing timelines and holding team members accountable for deliverables. As a lead for the Executive Assistant Business Partner team, you will be responsible for the resourcing and development of other EABP professionals, upholding standards and guidelines for team-wide administrative efforts. You will also partner with recruiting to manage the EABP hiring process, contributing to the growth and success of the team.
