Who you are

You have a strong background in sales operations, with a focus on data analysis and process improvement. Your experience includes managing commercial cadence and executing regular business reviews, ensuring that sales processes scale effectively with business growth. You are adept at developing executive-level dashboards and predictive models to evaluate sales performance and market trends.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, acting as a strategic advisor to leadership and proactively identifying risks while recommending detailed solutions. Your ability to lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion is a key asset, as is your expertise in sales capacity planning and market segmentation.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the execution of regular business reviews, including forecasting and pipeline analysis. You will lead the design and implementation of key sales processes and programs, ensuring they are efficient and scalable. Your advanced data analysis skills will be crucial as you develop dashboards and predictive models to assess sales performance.

You will initiate and lead strategic go-to-market projects, focusing on sales capacity planning and territory design. Your role will involve close collaboration with commercial leadership to drive growth through data-driven insights and operational excellence. You will also be responsible for managing stakeholder partnerships, guiding decision-making, and flagging potential risks proactively.
