You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in logistics or operations, where you've successfully managed complex product roadmaps and driven cross-functional collaboration. Your ability to lead with data and customer empathy allows you to combine quantitative insights with a deep understanding of fleet needs to shape product direction. You excel in environments with intense regulatory oversight, ensuring compliance while maximizing operational efficiency. Your strong communication skills enable you to align diverse teams towards common goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Desirable
Experience in the delivery or transportation industry is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory compliance in logistics. You are comfortable working with data science and engineering teams to develop enterprise-grade tools that enhance fleet performance. A background in user research and A/B testing will help you define clear, actionable product requirements that prioritize user needs and business objectives.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager for Courier Fleets at Uber, you will own the product roadmap focused on fleet performance and the tools that enable fleets to manage courier performance effectively. You will collaborate deeply with Tech, Regional Operations, Legal, and Policy teams to ensure that curated courier supply delivers maximum value to our customers and marketplace.
