You have over 4 years of experience in strategy, operations, product, or growth roles within technology or marketplace businesses — you've successfully led initiatives that drive growth and improve ROI. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to navigate complex challenges independently and manage multiple workstreams effectively.
You are data-driven in your decision-making, with a strong capability to analyze key performance indicators and translate insights into actionable strategies. You understand the importance of putting restaurants at the center of your strategies, ensuring that every decision fuels their sustainable growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and execute the overarching restaurant Pickup growth strategy, creating toolkits and playbooks that empower local teams across EMEA to implement strategies consistently. You will lead integrated initiatives aimed at increasing restaurant same-store-demand growth and ROI, ensuring that your programs are effective and scalable.
You will be accountable for tracking and analyzing key growth KPIs, including same-store-demand, adoption, session conversion, and ROI. Your insights will translate into clear action plans that drive performance improvements. You will champion the restaurant's needs, ensuring that your strategies and products are aligned with their goals for sustainable growth.
