You possess deep expertise in machine learning techniques, including deep learning, causal modeling, and reinforcement learning. What you'll do

In this role, you will drive the technical strategy and roadmap for the Delivery Marketplace team, owning the implementation of platform-level architecture decisions. You will lead the design, development, and productionization of advanced ML models and matching algorithms that power real-time decision-making for billions of trips. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with talented ML and backend engineers, product managers, and scientists to set the team’s technical direction and solve complex business problems.

You will also be responsible for communicating technical strategies to executives and aligning cross-team efforts to ensure successful implementation. Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers and influencing technical decisions across teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
