You have hands-on software engineering experience building and shipping production integrations — you've designed, built, tested, and launched APIs, webhooks, and SDKs that enhance partner experiences. Your background includes leading teams and managing strategic relationships, ensuring that integrations are reliable and efficient. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to align on goals and deliver high-quality solutions. You are a regional expert in the restaurant tech ecosystem, capable of translating partner needs into actionable technical work. You have a knack for creating repeatable processes that improve onboarding speed and integration quality, making you a valuable asset to any team.
Desirable
Experience with restaurant technology integrations or similar domains is a plus. Familiarity with building dashboards and alerts for integration health visibility will set you apart. You understand the importance of continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance partner and customer outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own a set of strategic restaurant tech relationships, delivering production integrations that meet partner needs. You will build and lead a lean EMEA-based squad, typically comprising 2-5 engineers, focusing on hiring, coaching, and setting the execution pace. Your responsibilities will include creating repeatable integration plugins, such as patterns, libraries, templates, and runbooks, to streamline onboarding and improve integration quality. You will partner closely with engineering, product, business development, and operations teams to align roadmaps and unblock launches. Establishing integration health visibility through dashboards, alerts, and failure triage loops will be crucial to your success. As a regional expert, you will provide product insights and MVPs, ensuring that Uber Eats remains at the forefront of restaurant technology integrations.
