You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various stakeholders to standardize training delivery and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
What you'll do
As the Senior Training Lead, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining a high-performing training organization. You will lead efforts to grow trainer capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and formal development programs. Your role will involve motivating and recognizing talent, driving engagement, and implementing a clear recognition and rewards strategy. You will also manage performance within the Customer Service Team, ensuring that high standards of excellence are maintained.
You will drive continuous improvement by owning projects that enhance training effectiveness. This includes maintaining a visible Project Register, piloting improvements, and measuring their impact. You will work to standardize training delivery across the organization, collaborating with in-house and contact center Learning & Development Leads to establish a global standard. Your ability to act as a thought partner to various stakeholders will be crucial in launching and scaling initiatives that improve proficiency and quality across the customer support network.
