Who you are
You have 4+ years of experience in product management, particularly in growth strategies and product analysis. Your technical competence includes a deep understanding of growth loops, customer acquisition, and retention strategies. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and have experience teaching technical concepts to diverse audiences. You are passionate about mentoring and helping others succeed in their learning journeys.
Your expertise in A/B testing and funnel analysis allows you to make data-driven decisions that enhance user experiences. You understand the importance of user and buyer persona development, and you excel at optimizing user journeys to maximize engagement and retention. You are familiar with monetization strategies and pricing models that drive business growth.
Desirable
A graduate from a Udacity Nanodegree Program is a plus, as it aligns with our mission of empowering learners through technology. Experience in a corporate training environment or with digital transformation initiatives will further enhance your ability to support our learners effectively.
What you'll do
As a Growth Product Manager at Udacity, you will serve as a mentor to students enrolled in our Nanodegree programs. You will conduct weekly 1:1 sessions with learners, guiding them through their projects and helping them overcome challenges. Your role will involve providing technical support and sharing insights on product strategy and growth tactics.
You will analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, leveraging your skills in funnel and cohort analysis. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development of growth strategies that enhance user acquisition and retention. Your insights will help shape the curriculum and ensure that our offerings meet the evolving needs of the tech industry.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing experiments to test new ideas and strategies, using A/B testing to measure their effectiveness. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly will be essential as you work with learners from various backgrounds.
