UiPath is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to build partnerships with leading manufacturing companies in Japan. You'll focus on driving productivity improvements and operational efficiency through automation solutions. This role requires strong engagement with C-level executives and business leaders.

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the manufacturing sector, and understand the complexities of the sales cycle. Your ability to engage with C-level executives and business leaders is exceptional, allowing you to build strong partnerships that drive value for both parties. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the challenge of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Your curiosity and self-driven nature enable you to adapt quickly to the evolving landscape of automation technologies.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of UiPath's automation platform clearly to various stakeholders. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can build relationships at multiple levels within an organization. Your experience in value selling will help you effectively demonstrate how UiPath's solutions can address the unique challenges faced by manufacturing companies.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will analyze market opportunities within Japan's manufacturing sector and develop strategies to maximize pipeline growth and revenue. You will manage the entire enterprise sales cycle, ensuring that quarterly and annual sales targets are met. Your role will involve proposing and promoting UiPath's brand and solutions through a value-selling approach tailored to the specific challenges and needs of the manufacturing industry.
You will engage with customers to explain the quantitative and qualitative value that UiPath's solutions provide, building trust and long-term relationships with key stakeholders from operational leaders to C-suite executives. Collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers, you will support the maximization of implementation value and drive adoption of UiPath's solutions, addressing any challenges that arise.
Additionally, you will work on building relationships with local partners, OEMs, and global systems integrators to create joint opportunities and drive customer success. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing productivity, improving quality, and streamlining operations for your clients, ultimately strengthening their competitive edge in the market.
