UiPath is seeking an Emerging Enterprise Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships within the commercial/mid-market segment. This role requires expertise in solution selling and account development.

You have a strong background in business development, particularly in the enterprise software sector, with a focus on acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships. Your experience in solution selling has equipped you with the skills to engage effectively with decision-makers and demonstrate the value of automation solutions. You are driven by results and have a proven track record of achieving revenue targets while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about the transformative power of automation. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Desirable
Experience in the commercial or mid-market segment is a plus, as is familiarity with automation technologies. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a collaborative mindset that fosters strong relationships both internally and externally. A background in account management or customer success can enhance your ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
What you'll do
In your role as an Emerging Enterprise Executive at UiPath, you will focus on acquiring new logos and expanding the customer base, dedicating 60% of your efforts to this task. You will develop and execute strategic account plans and roadmaps that foster long-term relationships with customers. Understanding the unique business challenges faced by your clients will be crucial as you identify and explore automation opportunities that align with their needs. You will effectively demonstrate UiPath's value proposition against competitive offerings, ensuring that customers see the benefits of our end-to-end automation platform. Your ability to mine existing relationships will be key to identifying growth opportunities, which will make up the remaining 40% of your focus. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into our product development processes, contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
