What you'll do
As the Vice President at UiPath, you will oversee the North Sales organization, managing multiple levels of leadership to ensure alignment with company goals. You will analyze the territory and market potential, developing sales strategies that maximize revenue and achieve quarterly targets. Your role will involve evangelizing UiPath's brand in the marketplace, presenting and promoting solutions to potential clients while establishing and maintaining positive business relationships.
You will collaborate closely with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations. Partnering with the Customer Success Management group, you will ensure that customers receive the support they need to realize the full value of UiPath's solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of success and accountability within the sales team, guiding them to meet and exceed their targets.
