Desirable

Experience in embedded finance or fintech is a plus, as it will help you navigate the unique challenges of this sector. Familiarity with KYC, KYB, CIP, and OFAC regulations will enhance your ability to lead the team effectively. You are a natural communicator, able to articulate complex issues clearly to both your team and clients. What you'll do

As the Fraud Operations Lead, you will manage a team of fraud operations part-time employees, overseeing daily operations, training, and scheduling. You will be responsible for planning team activities, tracking performance, and ensuring knowledge sharing among team members. Your role will involve drafting and maintaining team procedures and internal documentation to streamline operations. You will serve as the point of contact for real-time issues, questions, and escalations, ensuring that your team is well-equipped to handle challenges as they arise. Conducting fraud investigations will be a key part of your responsibilities, where you will analyze fraud alerts and determine the appropriate course of action. You will work closely with internal teams to improve operational workflows and enhance the overall effectiveness of fraud management at Unit.
