You have a strong background in fraud operations, with experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in payments risk, including CNP/card testing and transaction fraud, allows you to navigate complex casework effectively. You are comfortable with data analytics, using it to track team performance and drive improvements in operational processes. Your leadership style emphasizes real-time coaching and high-quality decision-making, ensuring your team excels in their roles.
You understand the importance of minimizing user friction while maintaining robust fraud prevention measures. Your analytical skills enable you to collaborate effectively with data science and engineering teams, ensuring that fraud detection and enforcement mechanisms are well-integrated. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for process redesign and tooling improvements, always striving for operational excellence.
What you'll do
As the Fraud Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your team's workflow, focusing on queue health and SLA attainment.
