Who you are
You have a B.A/BSc analytical degree and previous experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role. Your proven ability to manage client relationships and build long-term partnerships sets you apart. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, and have full professional proficiency in English. You are adept at analyzing data to generate insights and translate them into actionable outcomes. Proficiency in Excel and data management is essential for success in this role. A background in AdTech, SaaS, or digital marketing would be a significant advantage.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager at Unity, you will build and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. You will analyze campaign data to exceed client expectations regarding delivery and performance, identifying growth opportunities along the way. Developing and implementing strategies to achieve growth will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also integrate new advertisers into our platform and resolve technical and campaign-related issues as they arise, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
