Job Description
Who you are
You have a strategic mindset with experience in growth management, particularly in the APAC region. Your background includes working closely with mobile developers and advertisers, helping them optimize their revenue and platform performance. You are data-driven, capable of analyzing complex performance metrics to provide actionable insights that enhance client success. Your familiarity with ad-tech tools, such as Metaβs Andromeda or iOS AMM, allows you to guide clients in maximizing their ROI effectively.
You excel in building relationships and serving as a dedicated growth consultant for a diverse portfolio of developers and advertisers. Your ability to communicate effectively across cultures and markets is essential, particularly when tailoring strategies for Korean developers and regional ad-buying behaviors. You are also comfortable leading webinars and sharing industry trends, positioning yourself as a trusted expert in the APAC market.
Desirable
Experience in the mobile gaming industry or familiarity with the WeChat ecosystem would be advantageous. A strong understanding of localized marketing strategies and the ability to adapt global initiatives to fit regional needs will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of key accounts, ensuring that developers and advertisers receive the support they need to thrive. You will analyze performance data to provide insights that help clients master the latest ad-tech tools, ultimately driving their growth. Your responsibilities will include designing and hosting localized webinars to educate the market on best practices and industry trends.
You will act as a strategic bridge between your clients and Unity's global Product teams, advocating for the needs of the local market while ensuring that product offerings align with regional demands. Your role will also involve executing localized go-to-market strategies tailored specifically for the Korean market, ensuring that Unity's offerings resonate with local developers.
