Who you are

You have a strong background in growth management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a fintech environment. You understand the nuances of payment localization and have a proven track record of driving sustainable growth for multinational clients. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to turn market insights into actionable strategies that enhance client relationships and improve unit economics.

You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with sales and commercial teams to identify opportunities for new market entry and product adoption. Your ability to leverage data and AI tools to inform decision-making sets you apart, and you are comfortable navigating the complexities of the APAC market. You are customer-centric and enjoy building relationships that foster long-term partnerships.

What you'll do

As a Growth Manager at dLocal, you will be responsible for unlocking sustainable growth across the APAC region for our largest multinational clients. You will analyze market performance and client data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Collaborating with the Head of Growth APAC and regional commercial teams, you will develop strategies that enhance payment localization and facilitate new market entries.

Your role will involve utilizing data and AI tools to drive insights that inform sales strategies and client management practices. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with global tech and internet companies, ensuring that dLocal remains a trusted partner in their payment processing needs. You will also contribute to the development of your own sales and relationship-management toolkit, adapting to the fast-paced fintech environment.
