You have a strong background in wellbeing program management, with experience in designing and implementing initiatives that support mental, physical, and financial health. You understand the importance of integrating wellbeing into the employee lifecycle and have a data-driven approach to optimize programs. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a subject-matter expert makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You are skilled in managing vendor relationships and have experience with employee feedback mechanisms to continuously improve wellbeing strategies. What you'll do
As the Senior Wellbeing Partner at Unity, you will be responsible for embedding wellbeing across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that global initiatives align with Unityβs Total Rewards strategy. You will lead the global strategy for mental health and financial wellness, managing vendor relationships and overseeing the Global Wellbeing Advocates program. Your role will involve partnering with People Analytics to design survey metrics and analyze program utilization data, using insights to refine global strategies. You will collaborate with Executive Sponsors, HR leadership, and regional Benefits Specialists to ensure that programming supports Unityβs annual business objectives. Your strategic thinking and ownership of core wellbeing programs will be crucial in driving Unityβs global wellbeing initiatives.
What we offer
Unity offers a competitive salary range for this role, with gross pay between $116,000 and $196,700 USD. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact employee wellbeing.
