You have a strong background in managing and delivering large-scale training or education programs — your experience includes collaborating with various stakeholders, including government entities and academic institutions, to ensure successful program execution. You understand the importance of aligning training initiatives with regional priorities and cultural contexts, and you have a knack for localizing global frameworks to meet these needs.
Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to oversee program governance, timelines, risks, and reporting effectively — you thrive in environments where you can ensure high-quality delivery against agreed KPIs. You are a natural communicator, capable of building relationships with diverse partners and stakeholders, and you are passionate about empowering local talent through education and skills development.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the delivery and operational execution of Skills Development Programs across the Middle East — you will act as the regional owner for program delivery, coordinating closely with Unity’s global teams across Customer Success, Education, Sales, and Product. Your responsibilities will include partnering with government stakeholders, public-sector entities, universities, and industry partners to deliver high-impact training initiatives that support economic diversification and workforce development.
You will oversee the localization of global program frameworks to meet regional priorities, ensuring that the training provided is relevant and impactful. Additionally, you will manage program governance, timelines, risks, and reporting, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and meet the quality standards set by Unity. Your role will be crucial in shaping Unity’s long-term impact in the Middle East, as you support national skills strategies and empower the next generation of creators, developers, and technologists.
