Who you are

You have proven experience delivering large-scale training, education, or workforce development programs, ideally in partnership with government or public-sector organizations. Your strong program delivery and operations capabilities include stakeholder coordination, execution, and governance, ensuring high-quality delivery against agreed KPIs. You are adept at localizing global program frameworks to meet regional priorities, cultural context, and language requirements, making you a key player in shaping impactful initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the delivery and operational execution of Skills Development Programs across the Middle East, acting as the regional owner for program delivery. You will coordinate with Unity’s global teams across Customer Success, Education, Sales, and Product to ensure alignment and effectiveness in program execution. Your responsibilities will include overseeing program governance, timelines, risks, and reporting, ensuring that all initiatives meet the high standards expected by Unity and its partners. You will partner closely with government stakeholders, public-sector entities, universities, and industry partners to deliver high-impact training initiatives that empower local talent and support national workforce goals.
