You are proactive in identifying potential legal challenges and are adept at modifying processes to incorporate AI-specific considerations. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead AI Program Governance and Policy, determining the applicability of international AI laws and developing policies that guide AI development at Unity. You will act as the Framework Owner, establishing ethical standards and clear guidelines for AI initiatives. Your responsibilities will include streamlining assessments related to Privacy, Safety, and AI, proposing AI-enabled tooling to enhance efficiency. You will also manage AI Incident Response, reviewing and modifying processes to incorporate AI-specific triggers and regulatory reporting lines, ensuring alignment with existing security policies.

You will oversee AI Risk Management, maintaining the AI Risk Management Policy and defining a standard risk taxonomy that distinguishes between rights-based and technical risks. Your role will require you to advise on adapting security and compliance programs to meet AI-specific legal obligations, collaborating with technical teams to ensure that AI models meet defined accuracy metrics and compliance standards. Additionally, you will implement Quality Management and Monitoring protocols for AI design, testing, validation, and post-market monitoring, ensuring that Unity's AI initiatives are both innovative and responsible.
