Job Description
Who you are
You have significant experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations, or technical account management, ideally in mobile. Your prior people management experience includes leading technical or operations-focused teams, where you've set clear priorities and driven measurable improvements in performance and efficiency.
You possess a strong understanding of DSP and SSP integrations, and you are adept at managing complex issues such as spend drops and delivery gaps. Your analytical mindset allows you to partner effectively with Product, Data Science, and BI teams to run experiments that enhance margin and efficiency.
What you'll do
As a Team Lead for the Programmatic Support Engineers, you will lead and scale a technical operations function that supports platform integrations across Unityβs exchanges. You will manage and mentor a team of six Technical OMS, focusing on goal setting, performance feedback, and career development. Your role will involve owning DSP integration health, including onboarding, upgrades, and endpoint performance.
You will act as the escalation point for complex issues, ensuring that operational friction is minimized and growth opportunities are unlocked. Building and maintaining dashboards, documentation, and operating processes will be key to scaling support and reducing manual work. Your contributions will have a direct impact on revenue, margin, and partner satisfaction, giving you high visibility across Unityβs programmatic ecosystem.
What we offer
Unity offers a competitive salary range of $104,500 to $156,700 USD, reflecting the importance of this role in driving operational success.
