Job Description
Who you are
You have a comprehensive knowledge of real-time content creation fundamentals — you've worked extensively with modeling, texturing, and asset optimization in game development. Your expertise in Unity allows you to create and integrate high-quality assets while maintaining artistic vision and adhering to technical constraints. You possess strong problem-solving skills and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently.
Your experience includes developing and maintaining production workflows and pipelines — you've written scripts and tools that aid artists in creating content, streamlining processes, and enhancing productivity. You are proactive in training yourself to stay at the forefront of Unity Engine technology and game content creation technology, ensuring that you can provide the best solutions to clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will become embedded with external customer teams to develop games and game production tools — your focus will be on producing, integrating, and optimizing assets such as particle systems, shaders, and other VFX into customer games. You will build close relationships with Unity's internal development teams, providing customer feedback and production verification of future features of Unity technology and services. Your ability to efficiently solve problems and educate clients will be crucial, as you will conduct consultations both remotely and on-site at their offices.
You will also be responsible for proactively training yourself on the latest Unity technologies and game content creation techniques, ensuring that you can offer the most relevant advice and support to customers. Your role will involve visiting customers for short-term consultations, where you will provide insights on improving their existing content and content pipelines. This position requires a blend of technical artistry and customer engagement, making it essential for you to be adaptable and responsive to client needs.
What we offer
Unity offers a collaborative environment where you can work alongside skilled professionals in the gaming industry. You will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects that push the boundaries of game development. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds in our team. Join us in shaping the future of gaming technology and content creation.
