Overview

Job Description

Who you are

You have a comprehensive knowledge of real-time content creation fundamentals — you've worked extensively with modeling, texturing, and integrating assets into game engines. Your expertise in Unity allows you to develop and maintain production workflows and pipelines effectively, ensuring that artistic vision is preserved while meeting technical constraints.

You possess strong problem-solving skills and can efficiently communicate with clients — whether remotely or on-site, you educate and guide them through complex technical challenges. Your ability to build close relationships with both customers and internal teams is key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Artist at Unity, you will become embedded with external customer teams to develop games and game production tools. You will be responsible for producing, integrating, and optimizing assets such as particle systems, shaders, and other VFX into customer games, ensuring that the artistic vision is not compromised.

You will develop and maintain production workflows and pipelines by writing scripts and tools that aid artists in content creation. Your role will involve providing customer feedback and production verification of future features of Unity technology and services, ensuring that our offerings meet the needs of our clients.

You will proactively train yourself to remain at the forefront of Unity Engine technology and game content creation technology, visiting customers for short-term consultations to advise them on improving their existing content and content pipelines. Your contributions will help enhance the overall quality and efficiency of game production processes.

What we offer

Unity provides a collaborative environment where you can work alongside highly skilled Software Developers and Technical Artists. You will have the opportunity to tackle challenging technical problems and contribute to the success of various projects. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and skills.
