Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly in the payments sector, and understand the intricacies of driving Total Payment Volume (TPV) activation and expansion. Your experience in B2B environments has equipped you with the skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring that payment solutions are adopted and utilized effectively.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess the performance of payment products and identify opportunities for improvement. Your ability to think strategically enables you to develop and implement plans that align with the company's goals while enhancing the customer experience related to payments.

What you'll do

As the Account Management Lead for Payments, you will take ownership of driving the adoption of Upflow's payment products among B2B clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that clients are effectively utilizing the platform to manage their cash inflow. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, providing tailored solutions, and fostering long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of payment functionalities, gathering feedback from clients, and collaborating with product teams to implement necessary improvements. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team to achieve their targets and contribute to the overall success of Upflow.
