Deliveroo is seeking an Account Management Team Lead to manage a team of Account Managers and drive SMB restaurant growth. You'll coach your team on commercial practices and client relationships while working in a hybrid model from Manchester.

Who you are
You have experience in account management and team leadership, ideally within the SMB sector. You understand the nuances of managing client relationships and have a track record of coaching and developing team members to achieve their best. You are fluent in French, which is essential for this role, and you possess strong communication skills that enable you to build rapport with both your team and clients. You are data-driven, using performance metrics to guide your team's success and make informed decisions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about fostering a positive team culture.
What you'll do
As the Account Management Team Lead, you will oversee a team of 10-15 Account Managers, guiding them to deliver exceptional service to our SMB clients. You will be responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. You will establish a performance management framework to monitor team output and set targets that align with company goals. Regular one-on-one meetings and bi-annual reviews will be part of your routine to identify development needs and construct tailored development plans. You will also partner with the Head of Account Management EU to strategize on improving the onboarding experience for new clients and enhancing overall team performance.
