You have a proven track record in operational excellence and process optimization, ideally within the fintech industry. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to apply business judgment effectively to drive initiatives that enhance customer experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Your experience in managing diverse teams equips you with the ability to streamline processes and foster innovation. You are passionate about improving financial products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of customers effectively. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using metrics to guide your strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Flex Pay cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with Cruise Account Managers to manage and streamline operations for new and evolving products. Your responsibilities will include analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance operational performance. You will also play a key role in promoting new product innovation and growth, working with various teams to ensure seamless collaboration. Your insights will be crucial in driving the company's mission to improve customers' financial well-being through innovative products.
