You have a strong background in data analysis, with experience synthesizing data to drive actionable insights. You understand the importance of collaboration and can effectively work cross-functionally with product managers and other stakeholders to prioritize solutions. Your analytical skills allow you to troubleshoot issues and develop immediate workarounds, ensuring that product defects are addressed promptly.

You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to analyze borrower data and internal requests effectively. Your ability to communicate findings clearly helps in prioritizing product improvements and enhancing the overall customer experience. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about contributing to a team focused on improving financial products.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with various teams to synthesize data and streamline reconciliation processes across pipeline teams. You will deliver actionable findings that will help product managers prioritize solutions effectively. Analyzing borrower data and internal stakeholder requests will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to identify and prioritize product defects that need attention. You will also troubleshoot issues to develop immediate workarounds, ensuring that the team can maintain a high level of service and product quality.

Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven decisions are made, ultimately contributing to the enhancement of Upgrade's financial products. You will be expected to communicate your findings and insights clearly, helping to shape the direction of product development and improvements.
