What you'll do

As the Principal Product Manager for Upstart's Capital Platform, you will lead the development of systems that facilitate capital flow through the marketplace. You will work closely with banks, credit unions, and institutional investors to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements. Your role will involve defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with Upstart's mission of expanding access to affordable credit. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management, conducting user research, and analyzing market trends to inform product strategy. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of product features, while also monitoring performance and making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
