You have 3-7 years of experience in sales, renewals, insurance, customer service, or financial products β you understand the nuances of managing customer relationships and are adept at guiding clients through product offerings. Your strong communication skills enable you to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions effectively, whether through calls, emails, or chat. You are committed to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory and process guidelines.
You thrive in a high-energy, high-impact environment β your ability to understand customer needs allows you to recommend the right investment or Upstox products, driving conversions and product adoption. You are detail-oriented and can provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer queries, working closely with internal teams to provide valuable customer insights and feedback.
What you'll do
As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and deepening customer relationships through remote channels. You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, ensuring that each customer feels valued and understood. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and recommending the right Upstox products to enhance their investment journey. You will drive conversions, renewals, and product adoption, meeting and exceeding monthly targets related to sales, activation, and engagement.
You will maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate resolutions to queries, ensuring compliance with regulatory and process guidelines. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will share customer insights and feedback to improve service delivery. Your proactive approach will help you build strong relationships with clients, ultimately contributing to Upstox's mission of making wealth creation accessible to every Indian.
