You have 8-10 years of experience in engineering, particularly in leading technical projects and integrations. Your background includes a strong understanding of API design and microservices architecture, allowing you to effectively manage complex integration frameworks. You thrive in high-energy environments and are passionate about building solutions that enhance user experiences in the fintech space.
Your expertise in collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including insurance companies and internal teams, enables you to define integration requirements and workflows effectively. You possess strong problem-solving skills and can navigate challenges that arise during the integration process, ensuring that all systems work seamlessly together.
What you'll do
As the Insurance Integration Lead, you will own the technical roadmap for insurer integrations, which includes overseeing the entire process from product onboarding to policy issuance and claims management. You will design and develop scalable microservices-based systems that facilitate these integrations, ensuring they are efficient and reliable.
You will partner with various insurance companies to define integration requirements and service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring that all parties are aligned on expectations. Your role will also involve building reusable frameworks that expedite the onboarding of new insurers and product lines, making the integration process smoother and faster.
In addition to technical responsibilities, you will lead a team of engineers, guiding them through the complexities of integration projects and fostering a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process.
