What you'll do
In this internship, you will enable Europeβs leading Fintechs to deliver outstanding investment experiences by providing exceptional support to our B2B clients via email, Slack, and phone. You will assist clients with operational and administrative issues they may encounter, ensuring their needs are met promptly. You will contribute to desk building projects aimed at enhancing the Client Experience function, identifying areas for improvement within our service level agreements. Daily administrative checks will be part of your responsibilities to maintain high standards of service delivery.
