Upvest is hiring a Manager Settlement and Transfers to oversee settlement and transfer processes across markets. You'll act as a subject matter expert for PEA's in the French market and collaborate with various teams to optimize workflows. This role requires strong operational management skills.

You have a strong background in operations management, particularly in the financial services sector, and are adept at handling complex processes related to settlements and transfers. Your experience includes building relationships with operational teams and assisting clients with their queries, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users. You are detail-oriented and have a keen understanding of compliance regulations, which allows you to design operational improvements while addressing potential risks. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, engineering, compliance, and treasury teams to support efficient processes. Your ability to optimize workflows and implement automation and AI solutions is a key asset in enhancing client experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage Upvest’s settlement and transfer processes across all markets, acting as a subject matter expert for PEA's in the French market. You will build and maintain relationships with the operational teams of our clients, assisting them in addressing PEA-related queries. Your contributions will be vital in optimizing workflows and implementing automation and AI to enhance the client experience. You will also be responsible for designing operational improvements while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies, addressing potential risks to support reliable and secure operations. Collaboration with various teams, including Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Treasury, will be essential to support efficient processes and drive the success of Upvest’s operations.
