You are results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth.

Your analytical mindset enables you to predict sales trends and develop effective strategies to capitalize on opportunities. You are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance sales processes and improve efficiency.
What you'll do
As the Manager of Enterprise Sales at voize, you will be responsible for building and leading the Enterprise Sales team from the ground up. You will set up the sales function, recruit top talent, and drive growth with Tier-1 accounts. Your daily responsibilities will include leading and coaching your team through regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions. You will own the sales numbers by driving ARR growth, boosting win rates, and shaping quarterly plans in collaboration with Revenue Operations.
You will stay hands-on in closing planned deals while shaping the enterprise sales motion with strong discipline. Your role will involve developing scalable sales processes and ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed. You will collaborate closely with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals and objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performance culture within the sales team, ensuring that everyone is motivated and focused on achieving exceptional results.
