You have a proven track record in managing complex launch programs, particularly in the financial services sector — your experience includes working with established banks and fintechs, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet all requirements. You excel in synthesizing deep product knowledge with operational excellence, acting as the key driver of projects while aligning various stakeholders.
Your strong communication skills enable you to run steering committees effectively, engaging with both Upvest and client executives to ensure that all aspects of the launch are coordinated and executed flawlessly. You are detail-oriented, ensuring data integrity and continuity of service during asset migrations, and you thrive in high-stakes environments where precision is paramount.
You are a natural leader, capable of motivating teams and driving projects forward even in the face of challenges. Your ability to navigate legal, compliance, and technology streams ensures that all aspects of the launch are aligned and executed according to Upvest's high standards.
Desirable

What you'll do
As the Senior Launch Manager at Upvest, you will lead the most complex and high-stakes launches with established banks in Germany and across Europe. You will own the end-to-end delivery for full launch programs, which includes scoping, implementation, and migration processes. Your role will involve synthesizing product knowledge with operational excellence, ensuring that all project components are aligned and executed seamlessly.
You will be responsible for managing asset migrations from incumbent custodians to Upvest, ensuring that there is no disruption in service and that data integrity is maintained throughout the process. Your leadership will set the standard for how Upvest launches complex banking clients, and you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our launch strategies.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with various teams, including legal, compliance, and technology, to ensure that all aspects of the launch are executed flawlessly. You will also engage with client executives, running steering committees to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
