What you'll do
As the Team Lead of Account Management Pooled, you will oversee a team dedicated to providing the best experience for our portfolio of mid-sized, fast-growth merchants. Your responsibilities will include team management, where you will guide and support your team members in their professional development. You will drive commercial growth by building strong relationships with merchants and identifying additional service opportunities, such as international payment methods and fraud management services.
You will accelerate product adoption by consulting with key stakeholders and ensuring they understand the value of our offerings. Managing time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives will be a critical part of your role, requiring you to navigate a highly entrepreneurial environment effectively. Your hands-on approach will enable you to lead your team in achieving their goals and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
