Your previous experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite, SAP, or Oracle has equipped you with the technical knowledge necessary to guide clients through the implementation process. You thrive in environments that require adaptability and quick thinking, as you often need to pivot strategies to meet client needs. You are proactive in your approach, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Market Launch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of the Navan platform for a portfolio of Mid-Market customers. This includes developing tailored implementation plans in collaboration with the Sales team to support new business acquisition. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from contract signature through to the go-live phase and the initial hypercare period, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.

You will coordinate with various teams, including Sales, Technical Integrations, Product & Engineering, and Support, to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for customers. Building trusted relationships with clients will be crucial, as you will act as their primary point of contact throughout the implementation process. Your role will also involve preparing and presenting project plans to stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed.
