What you'll do
As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for guests during the overnight hours, responsible for overseeing the property and ensuring smooth operations. You will handle incoming phone calls, respond to emails and chats, and assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have. Your role will involve auditing reservations, preparing arrival documentation, and collecting payments as necessary. You will also address any disturbances and manage guest complaints to ensure a positive experience.
