You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age, ensuring you can drive company vehicles when necessary.

What you'll do

As a Community Association Management Maintenance Technician, you will support your assigned location(s) daily by completing maintenance tasks and projects as assigned in common areas of the managed community. Your responsibilities will include performing general repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure that properties are in top condition. You will troubleshoot issues related to appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and wifi, ensuring that guests and owners have exceptional experiences. You will also coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized repairs and participate in on-call coverage for urgent maintenance issues. Your role is crucial in maintaining company standards for guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
