What you'll do

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be to perform general repairs and preventative maintenance across various vacation rental properties. You will troubleshoot issues related to appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and wifi, ensuring that all properties are in top condition for guests. Coordination with third-party vendors will be part of your role, as you will need to manage external support for more complex issues. Additionally, you will participate in on-call coverage for urgent maintenance needs, demonstrating your commitment to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve completing maintenance tasks and projects as assigned, ensuring that all work meets company standards. You will be expected to maintain a high level of communication with your team and management, providing updates on the status of repairs and any ongoing issues. Your ability to prioritize tasks effectively will be crucial in managing the diverse needs of multiple properties.

Vacasa offers a competitive compensation of $26 per hour, with actual pay varying based on your skills and experience. Eligible employees may receive up to $100 per month as a car allowance to assist with travel between properties.
