You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively handle phone calls, emails, and chats with guests, vendors, and owners. Your attention to detail ensures that you maintain high satisfaction standards while addressing inquiries and concerns. You are organized and capable of coordinating with various teams, including maintenance and housekeeping, to ensure smooth operations. You are at least 18 years old and have a valid driverβs license, which is essential for this role.
What you'll do
As a Front Desk Specialist at Vacasa, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, vendors, and owners within a local management office. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inquiries regarding reservations and other concerns, ensuring that all interactions are positive and professional. You will coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to verify unit availability for vendor visits, ensuring that all operations run smoothly. Additionally, you will identify potential owner leads to support business growth, contributing to the overall success of the company. Your role will involve multitasking and prioritizing various responsibilities to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
