You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age, ready to take on the responsibilities of this role.

What you'll do

As a Maintenance Technician at Vacasa, you will be responsible for completing maintenance tasks and projects as assigned, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and ready for guests. You will travel between various worksites each day, performing general repairs and troubleshooting issues related to appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and wifi. Your role will involve coordinating with third-party vendors for specialized repairs and participating in on-call coverage for urgent maintenance issues. You will be expected to uphold company standards for guest satisfaction and efficiency, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience during their stay. You will also be involved in preventative maintenance tasks to avoid potential issues and enhance the overall quality of the properties.
