You are proactive in overseeing daily operations and managing workflows for a portfolio of properties — your organizational skills help you keep everything running smoothly. You are comfortable conducting regular one-on-one meetings and annual evaluations, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.
What you'll do
As the Local Operations Manager, you will lead and develop a team of employees, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to excel in their roles. You will oversee the daily operations of your assigned portfolio of properties, managing workflows and ensuring high standards of service are maintained. Your role will involve hands-on tasks as well as strategic oversight, making you a key player in the success of the operations team.
You will conduct regular evaluations and one-on-one meetings with team members, focusing on their professional growth and aligning their goals with the company's objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential in building trust and rapport with both your team and the homeowners we serve. You will also be responsible for addressing any operational challenges that arise, ensuring that solutions are implemented swiftly and effectively.
What we offer
Vacasa offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $50,000 to $58,000 per year, depending on your skills and experience. Additionally, eligible employees may receive a car allowance of up to $150 per month.
