Vaco is hiring an Account Executive for their Business Development/Client Services team focused on finance and accounting staffing. You'll establish client relationships and manage job orders while leveraging your finance and accounting expertise. This role requires strong business acumen and market intelligence.

Who you are

You are an entrepreneurial sales leader with a strong background in finance and accounting. You understand the needs of CFOs, VPs of finance, and Controllers, and you have the credentials to back it up. Your experience in consulting or staffing has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex client relationships and deliver tailored solutions. You thrive in an empowered culture and are motivated by the success of your clients and your team. You have a proven track record of generating new business and maintaining client satisfaction, and you are ready to take on the challenge of growing a consulting practice.

What you'll do

In this role, you will establish and maintain a target list of clients, developing strong relationships that lead to new job orders. You will conduct prospecting activities through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to generate new business opportunities. Managing job orders from intake to fulfillment will be a key responsibility, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently. You will utilize Bullhorn to log all activities and manage your book of business effectively. Collaboration with teammates will be essential as you work together to meet performance objectives and drive the growth of the consulting practice.
