You have experience in sales, ideally within the hospitality or restaurant industry, and understand the unique challenges faced by operators. You excel at building relationships and have a consultative approach to sales, ensuring that clients feel supported and understood throughout the onboarding process. You are passionate about empowering hospitality operators to enhance their guest experiences and are driven to help them succeed with the SevenRooms platform.
You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey the benefits of the SevenRooms solutions to potential clients. You are a proactive problem solver, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth transition for new accounts.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at SevenRooms, you will work directly with restaurants and hospitality groups to identify gaps in their current tools and recommend the appropriate SevenRooms platform solutions. Your role is crucial in adding new restaurants to the platform and supporting their onboarding process. You will foster relationships with these operators to guarantee a smooth transition and ensure they are excited about using the SevenRooms platform. You will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with the SMB Sales team to redefine the hospitality industry for restaurant operators globally.
You will approach every conversation with potential clients in a consultative manner, identifying their existing business gaps and thinking creatively to present the perfect solution. Your efforts will contribute to the mission of empowering hospitality operators everywhere to excel and deliver magical guest experiences every day.
