Who you are

You have a proven track record in business development, particularly within the accounting and finance sectors. Your ability to establish and maintain client relationships is exceptional, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with recruiters and business leaders. You are proactive in your approach, utilizing various methods such as phone calls, social media, and in-person meetings to generate new job orders and fulfill client needs. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

You understand the importance of setting performance objectives and are driven to meet and exceed them. Your experience includes conducting prospecting activities and managing job orders from intake to fulfillment. You are comfortable using tools like Bullhorn to log activities and track progress, ensuring that you stay organized and focused on your goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales and increasing revenue for Vaco. You will establish and maintain a target list of potential clients, developing relationships that lead to new business opportunities. Your daily activities will include conducting prospecting efforts through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media outreach. You will work closely with recruiters to manage new and open job orders, ensuring that client needs are met in a timely manner.

Collaboration is key in this position, as you will partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively. You will be expected to generate new job orders weekly, aligning your efforts with the company's performance objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients will be essential to your success in this role.
