What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new job orders weekly and managing the recruitment process from intake to fulfillment. You will establish and maintain a target list of potential clients, developing strong relationships to understand their hiring needs. Your daily activities will include conducting prospecting activities, such as phone calls and in-person meetings, to identify new business opportunities. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure that projects are delivered effectively and on time. Your proactive approach will help you meet performance objectives and contribute to the overall success of the team.
