Job Description
Who you are
You are a proactive and organized individual with a strong attention to detail, currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. You have at least one year of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance, which has equipped you with the necessary skills to handle financial processes effectively. Your basic knowledge of computer tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, allows you to manage data efficiently and accurately.
You are familiar with banking platforms and understand the supplier cycle, including tasks such as account openings and updating information with banks. Your ability to work in a team and communicate effectively ensures that you can collaborate with colleagues and clients alike. You possess a sense of urgency and high values, which drives you to deliver quality results in your work.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and follow up on claims with banking entities related to fund return processes. You will supervise and resolve tickets generated by the Customer Service area, ensuring timely and efficient attention to client needs. Additionally, you will control and document the returns made to clients, maintaining accurate records of all transactions. Confirming payments made to suppliers will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring precision and timeliness in the payment process.
